| We finally found a realtor who was truly interested in really working with us to sell our house despite it being located in a smaller town where houses are not high priced. We had been trying to sell off and on for the last 8 years with no luck. One realtor we had for 2 years brought 6 people and the other we couldn't get to respond and luckily got out of that contract. I was reluctant to try again, but Tony was recommended to me and I hesitated, but I couldn't have made a better choice. Tony is so personable and easy going. He met with us within 3 days of emailing him and we signed the contract. He made us feel confident he could get showings. He immediately had a couple he wanted to show 3 days later and it was sold that day!!! Tony is confident and enthusiastic about his job. He responds immediately to emails and texts and is always easy to get a hold of by phone. I felt like he was always genuinely interested in all my questions or concerns and was never quick to get off the phone. We never felt he was "annoyed" at selling our smaller priced home like we had felt with the previous agents. He did a great job with being a selling agent for us and a buying agent for them. We both felt that working with Tony was like working with a 'friend' instead of an 'agent' to sell our house. He even helped with trying to find us a rental though Keller Williams does not do rentals. We HIGHLY recommend Tony Kennedy to anyone and have already given referrals. Because of how confident he made me feel during this process to sell, I have decided to continue working with Tony to possibly buy a new house. Thank you for everything so far, Tony!
